About us
CILUX Compliance Consultancy is an independent consulting firm. Since 2015 we provide compliance and integrity advice, as well as dedicated services in the field of Trade Compliance (Export Control & Sanctions), including related legal matters.
We assist our clients with their in-house compliance challenges, projects and day-to-day issues. Working with them, onsite at their offices or remote. We help our clients to design and implement sustainable Compliance Programs, and to optimise their compliance processes so that they can focus on what matters most: their business.
Our services
Strategy
We design, develop and implement Compliance Programs on generic compliance topics (such as anti-bribery & corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-trust), or help improving current ones, e.g., because of new requirements or new business strategies.. In addition we draft Internal Compliance Pograms that play an important role in securing international trade.
In-House
We act as in-house Compliance & Integrity Officer, and as Trade Compliance Officer (‘Export Controls & Sanctions Officer’) managing all or part of our clients’ compliance work in these fields. We also support legal and/or compliance departments on a structural basis.
Projects
We help clients that cope with large-scale, complex compliance projects that go beyond the capacity of their in-house team (such as cross-border / multi-jurisdiction compliance programs, reoganisation projects, M&A-transactions or compliance investigations). We can (co-)lead and manage such projects.
Interim
We provide interim support where companies need temporary replacement or additional compliance staff for peak periods.
Coaching
We coach compliance leaders to gain traction, especially those making e.g., a (horizontal) transition within an organisation to a managerial compliance role.
